your interest in the Edward-Weston.Com website. Below is some general information to
help you better understand what the Cole Weston Trust has to
offer. Since Cole’s passing this site is now being managed by his Children.
The site director is Cole’s daughter Cara Weston.
First off let
me mention that the images contained on this site are for your viewing
pleasure, and may or may not be available for sale at any given time as
print availability does fluctuate. Most of the photographs you see on
this site are from the Cole Weston Trust, though some photographs
may be consigned to us through private individuals.
Prices are
subject to change without notice on this site. Please email us for
current pricing on all images. We will try our hardest to keep the
pricing up to date.
Returns
All
photographs can be returned for a refund if they are returned in their
original condition within ten days. The purchaser is required to fully
insure any item being returned at the full purchase price. The purchaser
is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs for the return of
the photograph.
Ordering
When ordering or requesting
information on any photograph a very detailed description may provide us
with enough information.
The best way to request information on an image is to give us the
artist’s negative number, and title as well as a description. This is
most easily done by referencing a page number of a book about the artist
you are inquiring about. There are many books on Edward Weston and Brett
Weston. Cole Weston's work may also be referenced by his books. You may
also send a jpeg of the image you are inquiring about.
Appraisals
We are not
licensed appraisers, and we cannot give you values on the images you
own. You may email us and we will gladly direct you to an appraiser in
your area.
Payment
Payment must
be provided by check or money order only. Credit cards are not being
accepted at this time. Please make check payable to: The Cole Weston
Trust. Please allow ten days for shipping and processing of
your order once your check has arrived. Special orders on some Cole
Weston Trust photographs my take longer.
Shipping
We ship primarily
U. S.
Postal Service Registered Mail on photographic purchases.
We sometimes ship Fed Ex
or UPS. Please include your Name, shipping address, mailing address and
phone numbers with all orders. Please refer to our
shipping page for shipping costs and
California sales tax.
